Front line employees know the best way to get the job done. By joining together we can work to cut the red tape and get the tools we need to deliver the best services. We need to form a new kind of union that is about more than conflict, but stands for well-funded, efficient, accountable, and reliable public services. Citizens count on us.

Real Voice for Public Employees
With the severe budget shortfalls, it is more important than ever for public employees to join together. We need to seek ways to talk to our managers and elected officials about our ideas for the budget. We have good ideas and right now we don’t have an organized way to talk about them.

Middle Class Jobs
We have watched managers and elected officials balance the budget by cutting our wages, benefits, and even our jobs. We need to make government a model employer that turn to us instead of against us when times are tough.
